Rewarding Days

“But thanks be to God, who always causes us to triumph through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”
1 Corinthians 15:57,58

 Dear Beloved Mission Family:

God causes our days to be rewarding.  The “length of our days” may not always be adventuresome and exciting – in fact , many of our days are spent repeating the same task like responsibilities of last week, last month, last year … but God takes the labors of our hands and makes our days rewarding!  That’s a miracle 🙂

Petition for Protection.  Because Haiti is a country entrenched in its cultish practices of satanic voodoo, we want to thank you for continuing to place a Godly hedge of protection around the Mission.  It’s an impenetrable hedge through which the enemy can not pass.  We are to be “strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”  (Ephesians 6)  Last week, as Brent was in Haiti, the children and I were praying verses from Ephesians 6 and 2 Corinthians 10:3-5.

Praise for Provision.  As we are processing more Haitian children into the child sponsorship program, we wish all of you could read each profile and see every face.  They can not speak out against desperate poverty, gros malnutrition, oppressive ignorance … but together with you … we are being used by God to make an eternal difference in their lives.  In the next two months, the amount of children within the NHMI sponsorship program will probably increase to almost 350. 🙂 I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E 🙂   Let us praise God for His provision and ask that He release an army of angels on our behalf – messenger angels, ministering angels, and military angels.

Laboring in Kingdom Service with You – Rewarding Days,

Brent and Diana Baird
